The publication is called “The Legal News”, published once a week. ( Please note all forclosures must be printed 3 times before sheriffs sale) Hope this helps.

realtytrac charges a fee (they do have a free trial) but is an invaluable resource. The fee is minimal. If you do not want to pay, you can check the Legal Notices for Notice of Lis Pendens. That is the legal notice that begins the foreclosure action. The notice that ends the action would be Notice of Sale.
